This Fall on Bariatric Foodie

There's a LOT going on here at Bariatric Foodie!

I know many of you have heard me talk about these things a lot but I wanted to summarize for folks who are new to the page and those who may not have heard about it all.

So...there are FIVE main things going on (yes, I suck at timing, sorry!):

#1: Bariatric Foodie Holiday Items!

This year I am again selling the Bariatric Foodie holiday items! You can purchase on the "Shop BF!" page. Here's what's available:

• The Bariatric Foodie Holiday Survival Kit: This Kit comes in two parts. One is a holiday recipe e-book that you get via email as soon as you purchase. The other is two holiday-themed protein shake sample kits you get in the mail. • The Bariatric Foodie Holiday Survival Guide: This is JUST the e-book, if you would like the recipes but not the protein shake samples. This will come immediate via e-mail after you purchase it. (NOTE: If you order the Survival Kit, do not order a Survival Guide! You will just be paying for the same thing twice!) The cost is $10. IMPORTANT NOTES:

• The Shake Kits, which are sold as a part of the Survival Kit, don't start shipping until the first week of November!  If you order by October 31, your Shake Kits will be shipped the first week of November in the first shipment. Please see my frequently asked questions for the shipping schedule.
• There are only 200 Holiday Survival Kits, with Shake Sample Kits, available this year. The link to buy will remain up on the "Shop BF!" page until they are gone, so if you see the link to buy, there are still Kits available!

#2: The Bariatric Foodie Inspirational Magnet Set: This magnet set is designed to inspire you to make the right decisions each time you go to the fridge.
