Special Present for 2012 Bariatric Foodie Pledgers

I am a little sad that the Pledge now is really, really coming to an end!

But that sadness won't last long because I've got all kinds of cool stuff lined up for you, starting with next week's brand spanking new BF Basics Series: Veggie Tales! I've enlisted a veteran post-op vegetarian (a "VPV") to give you all the information you need to know about vegetarianism after WLS! Look for that beginning Monday!

Also a reminder for folks on the Grand Prize Pledge list. Seriously!!! Tomorrow at 12 p.m. EST is the absolute deadline to get in your grand prize pledge answers!!! If you want to win yourself TWO boxes of Quest Bars, you need to get me those answers!

For those not in the competition (or folks new to BF...hi!) be sure to check out the 2012 BF Pledge Yearbook. Our Grand Prize Pledgers shared their thoughts on the experience of making and working on goals for four weeks straight. I've read every single response and I must say I am impressed with what they've accomplished. There's lots of knowledge and insight in those responses so use them as a tool in your journey!

Now to my present. It's a small token, but I wanted to do something special for you to show you how much I appreciate your participation in the Pledge. Click here to download a special "2012 Bariatric Foodie Pledge" participation certificate! It looks like this:

You can also click here to download yours!

I hope you do download it, print it and use it to motivate you to carry forward your goals! For Grand Prize Pledgers, look for a link to the Grand Prize Pledger certificate of completion in your inbox! (NOTE: If you are on the Grand Prize Pledge list did not get this via email from me, please hit me up. at bariatricfoodie@yahoo.com. Yahoo! seems to have gone rogue on me, not delivering messages as it should have. Naughty, Yahoo!)

Again, THANK YOU for participating in this year's Pledge, THANK YOU for encouraging each other and me every single day...and most of all THANK YOU for being a Bariatric Foodie!
