QUESTIONS! I know you have them. Here are a few I’ve gotten so far.

Do you/will you ship to Canada?

YES! But as my Canadian friends know, shipping costs can be prohibitive. My advice from prior years stands. Tell your friends about the Kit and the magnet sets and see if you can get a group order going so you can split the cost of delivery. I’ve allowed for six products to be shipped at the same time.

When will my order arrive?

As we did last year, there will be two mailings. If you order your Kit and/or magnet by October 31, it will be mailed on November 7. If you order by November 10, your order will ship November 14. If you order your Kit by December 15 (the last date to order the Survival Kits) 14, your order will be mailed on December 17^th and should arrive before Christmas. As I always say, better to be safe than sorry so order early!

What are the Shake Kit flavors? And what exactly IS the Shake Kit?

I’m glad you asked. This year’s shake flavors will be Mocha Toffee Twist and Pumpkin Spice Cake! The Shake Kit comes with everything you need to make two Bariatric Foodie Signature Holiday Shakes except the perishable ingredients. The Kit is meant to be a “try before you buy” sort of deal. Both Kits give you the opportunity to sample both the shake recipe and a specialty sugar-free syrup! Then if you like what you taste, you can go ahead and buy with confidence.

What kind of protein do you use in the Sample Kits?

The Bariatric Foodie Protein Shake Sample Kits are made with whey protein. At this time I cannot offer other types of protein in the Kits. If you are sensitive to whey or lactose intolerant, I suggest getting just the Bariatric Foodie Holiday Survival Guide, which includes the recipes for both shake samples so that you can make it at home using the ingredients that are right for you!

You mentioned a protein shake book before. When does that go on sale!

The Shake book is going through it’s final round of editing and I hope to be selling it soon. Stay tuned for details!
